WELCOME MESSAGES
On behalf of the local organizing committee for the 13th East Asian Conference on Phonosurgery (EACP), I appreciate and express our great honor and pleasure to invite you to the 13th meeting, to be held in Sendai, Japan, on July 7(Fri)-8(Sat), 2023.
Building on the success of former EACP of Taichung in 2020 and Busan in 2018, we aim to enable East Asian head and neck surgeons and speech-language pathologists to interact and propose novel treatments in phonosurgery fields. The conference will discuss surgeries for benign and malignant vocal fold regions, vocal fold paralysis, spasmodic dysphonia and also vocal rehabilitation of head and neck cancer patients. We will keep a traditional warm atmosphere of the EACP and welcome the participation of young doctors, therapists, and their supervisor.
Sendai, a rural setting city in north-eastern district of Japan, is surrounded by beautiful mountains and coasts, and July is a good travel season with a calm climate. I hope that you will reunite with many friends, get acquainted with new friends, and enjoy the conference.
